Terms of Service

Absolute Fitness offers monthly auto-draft memberships (1 Year Agreement, Open End Contract, and Platinum All Inclusive) as well as paid-in-full options. By joining, you authorize Absolute Fitness to draft your membership dues on the agreed schedule.

Membership agreement terms, cancellation and hold policies are set out in the membership agreement you sign at the club. Contact us at sales@absolutefitness365.com for a copy.

Paid-in-full memberships (2 Year, 1 Year, 6 Month, 3 Month and 1 Month terms, with single and couple rates) are billed as a single up-front payment for the selected term.

A Day Pass grants access to the facility for a single day. Day passes do not include tanning, Kids Club, or any Platinum membership benefit unless stated otherwise at the front desk.

Tanning is billed separately from gym membership except where included in the Platinum All Inclusive membership. Tanning rates carry no contracts — member and non-member rates are available on our pricing page.

Absolute Kids at our Angleton club is available for children ages 6 months to 13 years during staffed hours only. Parents or guardians must enroll their child in person at the club before use, and must remain on the premises while their child is in Kids Club.

Members and guests are expected to use equipment safely, re-rack weights, wear appropriate athletic attire, and treat staff and other members with respect. Absolute Fitness may suspend or terminate membership access for conduct that endangers others or damages club property.

Members receive a key card for 24 hour access to all four club locations. Your key card is for your use only and may not be shared, loaned, or used to admit non-members. Lost or damaged key cards should be reported to your closest club as soon as possible.

Use of Absolute Fitness facilities and equipment, including personal training, tanning and Kids Club, is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute Fitness is not liable for injuries, loss or damage arising from your use of our clubs, except where caused by our own negligence.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Absolute Fitness. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither Absolute Fitness nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our clubs or website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever this page changes.
